3. Prices and Payment
Prices for services are net prices plus statutory value-added tax, unless expressly marked as the final price. Digital products are offered at their stated final price.
4. Appointments and Cancellation
Free rebooking or cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, the agreed amount may be charged.
5. Scope of Services
The specific scope of services is determined by the respective description and confirmation. A specific economic success is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Consumers generally have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely after express consent and the commencement of performance.
