Refund policy

General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by VZG Consult (owned by Vilislav Gitsov, Hospitalstraße 30, 66798 Wallerfangen – hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider").

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for consulting, services, and other offerings between the Service Provider and their clients (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), including bookings made via the website. Any conflicting terms and conditions from the Client shall not be recognized unless the Service Provider has expressly agreed to them.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting a booking, the Client makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation by the Service Provider (e.g., via email) or upon the provision of the service.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are net amounts in Euros, subject to the addition of the statutory Value Added Tax (currently 19%). Payment may be made—at the Client's discretion—online via a payment service provider (credit card, SEPA, digital wallet, or potentially via invoice) or upon receipt of an invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid within 14 days, with no deductions.

4. Deadlines and Cancellations
Agreed-upon dates and times are binding. Rescheduling or cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. In the event of a late cancellation or failure to appear, the service provider may invoice the agreed-upon amount. Payments already made shall be refunded in the event of a timely cancellation.

5. Scope of Services
The specific scope of services is determined by the service description on the website and the corresponding confirmation. The service provider shall perform the services with the due care of a diligent business professional. No specific commercial outcome (e.g., a specific amount of savings) is guaranteed, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Liability
The service provider shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act. In cases of simple negligence, the service provider shall be liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation, and such liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded.

7. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal
